Shhhhhhhh! Be quiet and listen!!!
In this issue, we share an article by Father Anselm Adodo in which he talks about us needing to be quiet enough to listen to our bodies so that we can hear what issues they are trying to tell us about. I want to add to add to that. There is so much noise out there: on social media, in the mainstream media, in our lives – so much we are preoccupied with that we are not still and quiet enough to hear Mama Afrika’s cries about what is ailing her and how much time we have left. About what she has made available to us to deal with the days we find ourselves in – the help that is within our grasp.
We need to be still enough to hear her so that we can respond accurately.
